Obituary of Paul Edwin Whitehead

Paul E. Whitehead, 77, of Randolph, passed away on October 27, 2024 at Morristown Medical Center.

Born and raised in Morristown, Paul resided in Randolph for the past 45 years.

Paul graduated from Morristown High School in 1965. He was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corp from 1967-1970. He was a member of Pipefitters Local 274 for over 50 years, retiring in 2009.

Paul is survived by his devoted daughter, Colleen Finkelstein (Darren), of Nutley. He is also survived by his siblings, William Whitehead (Patti) of West Chester, Pennsylvania, Peter Whitehead (Beth) of Lakewood, NJ and Janice Escobar of Morristown, NJ as well as his cherished grandsons, Jack and Luke Finkelstein. Paul was predeceased by his daughter, Kim Whitehead, in 2012 and wife, Ellen Whitehead in 2019.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Monday, November 4, 2024 from 4-7pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. A Funeral Service for Paul will be held on Tuesday November 5, 2024 at 11am at the Funeral Home. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Paul may be made to the Charity of One’s Choice.
