Obituary of Sharon L. Scherzer

Sharon Lee Scherzer (née Loomis), 67 of Morris Plains, passed away on April 6, 2022.

Born and raised in Morristown, Sharon resided in Morris Plains for the past several years.Sharon graduated from Morristown High School and went on to graduate from Saint Elizabeth College. Sharon held various positions with Morris County Savings Bank, JCP&L and SPL World Group. She retired as a Principal Quality Assurance Engineer from Oracle in 2017.

Sharon was predeceased by her loving parents, Nancy and Joseph LoSapio and Charles Loomis. She is survived by her dear twin sister, Cathy Loomis, and her wife, June, of Morris Plains. She is also survived by her treasured Aunts Anna Bartek and Nancy Sibona as well as many loved cousins.

Sharon loved fishing, travel, reading and the people in her life. She is survived by numerous friends that filled her heart with love, laughter, and memories.

A memorial service will be held at a date and time to be announced, with a reception to follow.
