Charles passed away at Morristown Medical Center on April 19,2020.
Charles was born and raised in Nashville, NC. He graduated from Nash High School, after which he moved to Morristown, NJ.
Charles worked for Morristown Medical Center for 35 years.
Preceded in death by his parents, Vernell Arrington and Charles Debroe, Charles is survived by his loving wife, Teresa Arrington, his devoted daughters Sharmaine Richardson and Camille Lafleur(Gerald), and dear son, Assammod Howell. Also survived by his cherished grandchildren, Aliyah White(Jalen), Angel Bullock, JaNaya Williams, Antoinette Richardson, Gerald, Jamil and Jelani Lafleur; as well as his adored great-grandchildren, Jacion and Autumn White, his sisters, Vivian, Terri, Reina, Rosalyn, Veronica, Brenda and Lashawn; his brothers David, Darren, Troy, Tony, Kevin and Steve; and a host of relatives.
Arrangements are under the care of Burroughs, Kohr & Dangler Funeral Home, Madison, NJ.
